Login Problems

Yesterday I came home from work and couldn't log in, I waited for half hour just in case it was some weird version of the logout bug and eventually got back in.

Today I came in and it wouldn't let me log in again, giving me the 'Please log in to view this page' error. I keep trying the login and occasionally it will let me see my profile page but as soon as I click a link im booted out and back to the 'Please log in to view this page' error.

Any reason why this is suddenly happening? I dont wanna have to stop playing just cos I cant login anymore. Ive tried clearing caches etc and using firefox instead of chrome, all with the same result.

At least its not just me, I been having slight problems for a while but never this bad.

eh its probably at the cap for how many people can be logged in at once then o_O... er... the game still ahs that cap right?... i think... probly not and now i sound silly x.x... BUT IM OK WITH THAT... I REGRET NOTHING

But i think these would all be internal Php and sQl errors occurring directly on he server. And If So, I dont think that even Rainy And Jenova could fix it o_O

It's simple. The logout timer bug is the session not destroying itself when you're logging out, instead the session continues on naturally.

The problem now is, the CAPTCHA system is messed up, and is never updating in your session cookies. You're still logged in on the server, but your session cookies are not updated. Jenova and ShadowInTheRain have no way of logging in right now until 1 of 2 things happen:

1. Server kicks itself back into place.
2. Terriator fixes it.

In other words, wait for a miracle or wait for an even bigger miracle?

Terriator probably wont get around to fixing it. You've seen how long the logout session glitch has occured without being tend to.

He's currently caught up in his Thesis. You can only hope.

Restart the game by reseting all ;D wipe out everything

Like Konoha said before, it's The Captcha code being buggy, and indeed, the two options we can hope for is either it fixes itself, or Terriator will. This is a problem neither me nor Rainy can fix, as it affects us two as well.

There's no time I can give you. it's all random, as I don't know when Terriator will be able to fix it. And the other fix would be totally random as well.

I've already contacted Terriator about it, nonetheless.

.__. Seeing as Jenova is the Head Administrator, Terriator might fix it tonight since it's pretty critical that it does get fixed (he does get money from the ads!). It's really a simple fix~

This has happened before :3 It got fixed (eventually) - let us hope the same happens this time

Problem seems to be resolved. Rumors have been spread that it was some user messing the Captcha, though I wouldn't fret on it.
