Shikai:when he gets is zanpakuto is in constant Shikai form it's a 5 foot katana always in a released shikai form and his abilities are glow's blow and a blade of wind is made for longer range of atk's and defensive like blocking also make the wind break off and over, he can make another technique by making a shield around him,then spin then around while constantly shunpoing to make an illusion's and he can manipulate wind the way he wants

Bankai:when he release his bankai with the dual zanpaktou open completely sucks the air and makes a shield around the body and fires it like a dagger

I can't approve. Your strength and weakness, there are to many 5s, you need to have 4s, 3s or something to make it balanced other than being really good at all those, but really bad at the others.

You can't have a constant shikai released.

Also can you clarify your shikai and banaki better, I'm having trouble understanding it.
