Quick question

Ability to decrease opponent stat.
Lets say someone increases it by 50% and opponent decreases it by 50%.
It decreases the increased stat or the base one?
Lets take 1k speed. I increase it by 50% (then its 1500) then opponet decreases it by 50% which leaves me with 750. Or is it that he decreases 50% of my base (1k) speed?

thank you so much mik0y ive always wondered the same thing @~@... of course i came to the conclusion that it would just go off who released first but apparently thats wrong xD

yeah decreases have ALWAYS been the best xD yknow... but i still wouldnt turn a triple increase down e.e
